Per Article 3, Section 1 (Election of Directors and Officers), of our Franklin Rotary Club Bylaws: At the first regular meeting in April, members will vote to approve the president-elect’s nominations for vice president and directors. A nominee must receive a majority of Member votes to be confirmed to the board or as vice president. The vote will be by ballot or by proxy, in the event of absence, only.
